    Jodi started her professional career in intellectual property law, working for several universities and consulting firms. There, she gained experience in contracts, negotiations and guiding leading-edge ideas to their highest and best use.

    Jodi transitioned into real estate after encountering pain points while selling her home. The prominent issue revolved around a fundamental attribute to her role as a broker — ethics. Now, with each client, she asks, ‘what is most important to you, how can I best serve you’ and then tailors her approach to lead her client through to a successful sale. Her purpose is to strongly advocate on behalf of clients to receive top dollar for sellers and the best investment for buyers.

    Now as a Broker Associate with milemimodern, Jodi guides her clients with zeal and perfectionism. Jodi goes above and beyond conventional practices through a consultative approach with a high degree of individual attention infused with analytical backing. Her strength is gleaning insights — including factual and relational elements — and digging deep beyond the surface level, an attribute important throughout her career. This allows her to achieve results her clients desire and lead them with stress-free ease to their final goal.

    As a Colorado native, the backcountry is Jodi’s happy place. She’s well-practiced in camping, hiking, skiing and running all around Colorado with her two dogs, Nellie and Ru.

    Outside of real estate, advocacy continues to be a central component of her life. Jodi teaches yoga for veterans with traumatic brain injuries through Comeback Yoga and volunteers with CASA, a program that stands up for children in the foster care system.
