expertise. passion. trust.
For when life brings you home, long-time Denver resident Heidi Cox is there to guide you every step of the way. Since 2014, Heidi has helped countless clients buy or sell their home. She strives to educate both buyers and sellers, so they are equipped with the tools necessary to make sound decisions. It all starts with professional service and a strategy that is tailored for each client.
Nearly two decades of diverse home industry experience defines Heidi’s career. A leasing manager role in bustling LoDo first kickstarted her path. Following this, Heidi worked for one of the state’s largest new home builders and gained invaluable insight into the new construction process. She helped more than 100 individuals conceptualize and complete their dream home and was awarded for her professionalism, performance and devotion to customer service. Now, as a team lead with mhm, Heidi is sharing her in-depth industry experience to assist her fellow teammates in serving current and future homeowners.
Heidi operates under the belief that real estate is not a one size fits all strategy. Whether you’re interested in a new build or preserving the bones of Denver’s iconic architecture — ask about her Victorian Curtis Park abode — Heidi is knowledgeable on all fronts.

Originally from Oklahoma, Heidi moved to Colorado after graduating from Oklahoma Baptist University with a degree in international business. Her degree only increased her passion for international travel. In 2011, Heidi and her husband put their careers on hold to travel the world for two years. After visiting 33 countries, they returned to Denver with a newfound appreciation and love for the city.
Heidi, her husband, their toddler and rescue German shepherd reside in the RiNo district, where they tastefully restored a historic 1800s home that gained media attention and was featured in 5280 Home. Heidi is passionate about city living, Colorado and her growing sphere of clients who ultimately become friends.
