optimist. passionate. driven.
First and foremost, Lindsay Filsinger is a proud optimist, passionate philanthropist and a believer in the greater good of humanity. These elements form the foundation of not only Lindsay's life but have contributed to her success as a real estate broker for over two decades since 1997, to be exact.
In her own words, Lindsay has “never met a stranger.” Her approachable and genuine demeanor is key to her approach in making the buying or selling process more human and personable in our technology-driven world. Buyers and sellers have access to a mass of information online. Still, it takes personal involvement in the process to help clients edit their goals to be in line with their needs, select styles for home renovation projects and complete successful negotiations to receive top dollar. Lindsay’s real estate process is defined by humanity, which entails building genuine relationships that revolve around trust, reliability, and, above all else, excitement for each client’s successful transaction.
As a Colorado native, originally growing up in Littleton, Lindsay has longstanding familiarity with Denver's diverse niche of neighborhoods and an extensive understanding of the natural ebb and flow of the Denver market. On top of this wealth of knowledge, she has experience in a variety of transactions, such as assisting investor opportunists, high-end renovations, revamps and resales, first-time homebuyers or clients looking for their forever home. Whatever the scenario may be, Lindsay enjoys the uniqueness of each negotiation and how every deal sheds new insight into the ever-evolving, rewarding world of real estate.

Philanthropy is an essential feature of Lindsay and her family's life. Lindsay is involved with a myriad of local nonprofits and not only gives back every year but devotes time to supporting causes near and far. Lindsay and her family recently returned from Puerto Rico, where they were helping repair the power grid and energy systems damaged by Hurricane Maria.
When Lindsay is not volunteering her time, she’s likely training for the next Ironman.
