inventive. loyal. genuine.
Laurie’s aptitude in realty and development were influenced by her dad, who was a developer in Breckenridge, Colorado.
Laurie attended Colorado State University on a full tennis scholarship and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Post college, Laurie moved to Breckenridge, where she established a property management company that handled over 40 luxury vacation homes. Her entrepreneurial mindset then guided her into obtaining her broker’s license in 2006, and since then, has been buying, selling and developing lucrative real estate.
Currently, her husband and Laurie work as a team to procure lots and build custom homes for investors and clients.
Laurie imparts her development and investor knowledge to her clients and colleagues. Her insightful and extensively researched valuation advice has led to hundreds of sales that gain equity, and her experience allows her to negotiate deals with poise and finesse.
